SHIPPING INFORMATION: Processing Time: Orders start processing the same day they’re placed. U.S. Shipping: Usually arrives within 2–5 business days once shipped. Canada: Expect delivery within 2–5 business days. International: Most packages arrive in 3–10 business days, depending on destination and customs. Some of our items aren't produced in the same location. Items might get delivered at different times. Please be patient and reach out for any concerns.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY: We want you to love your order! That said, because each item is made to order, we can only offer replacements or refunds for issues such as: -Wrong design, size, or color received -Damaged or defective items If this happens, please reach out right away with photos of the issue and a short description so we can make it right.

ACCIDENTAL ORDERS: Contact us within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund. After an item enters production, cancellations aren’t possible due to its custom nature.

SHIPPING DELAYS OR LOST MAIL: Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace items delayed or lost by carriers. Please reach out directly to your shipping provider for help.

SIZING & FIT: Because every piece is custom printed, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues. Please double-check our sizing chart before ordering.

PAYMENT ISSUES: If you experience duplicate charges or payment errors, contact your payment provider to resolve them. We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible, so we appreciate your understanding of these policies. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
